The downside to that is, if a person was good enough to start dating in the first place, there's no reason they should have to change anything about themselves later, regardless of what it is.



I thoroughly concur...got into a "lively" convo about this the other night...change may be inevitable...but it will be on MY timetable...not yours.

The only thing I would change for love is where I am looking. I dont just look locally now. I figure if love is real it might be worth relocating for. :banana: love biggrin :banana:

I don't think I am talking about changeing so much that you do not feel like yourself but chooseing to change something that you think might be holding you back from finding love. Something you might be willing to adapt/improve to be in a situation to find the love you want.

Maybe limiting a habit you don't like.

Trying to learn a new thing to enjoy with others.

Getting feedback on how people read you?

Making an effort to improve your appearance or express your genuine tastes.

Setting aside a real budget for dateing.
