It would have to evolve into some sort of friendship, but yes it could survive, just not as an intimate one.

i agree with that with my sister she got married right after highschool at 17. they have been married for 32yrs and on there 25th annerversary they renewed there vows |

In my experience that was the case. I can't speak for anyone else.

Guess my question would be:
If you can fall out of love, were you really in love to begin with, or was it lust that you confused with love? |

Not unless that one person is willing to try to get that love back.
