Having some left overs from Christmas I was totally amazed that the Left over Mashed Potato's Nuked in the Micro wave reheated damn near perfectly: thank God I saved the extra couple servings

I have a reheat function on my microwave, so I hit "Pasta Reheat" which was about 3 min and after a minute and a half or so I walked over to look and saw that it broke down to nearly liquid around the outside. So I stopped it stirred it and it was "Good to Yum"

I had a lot of mashed potato leftovers. Made it into potato pancakes the next morning for breakfast. Everyone ate it so now i have to make some more for New Year's. My kids want the leftover again.
