I don't think theres any reason to lie about it. Past is past. I don't usually ask my partner about their previous sex life.

Lying is not ever a good idea.Too often the truth come out at the worst possible time and then your credibility is shot.
However there are some things that do not need to be discussed and outside of reporting that you are disease and pregnancy free you do not owe a prospective person the details of your intimate life prior to them. Nor do you need to know any more than the same basics on them. |
