I'd say it's around an 8. you need to lay off the caps lock for starters. It's like shouting when you use it online. I can relate to the message you are trying to get across, but you could convey it better.

To be brutally honest, I'd give it a 4 out of 10. Poor spelling and too many CAPS. About the local only thing. How do you know that your dream guy might be miles away in a different state or country? You shouldnt limit your search so much.
