2 things for me.
one, a phone ringing. It drives me nuts. two, I don't know exactly how to word it, but I hate the sound of someone clearing their throat, not by coughing, but the other way. You know, when they end up with flem in their mouths from doing it, and have to spit it out.  I hate hearing it because I know exactly what is coming next.
