So, why is that men don't have the ability to properly communicate their feelings? Why is it easier for them to completely lead someone on instead of being upfront about everything, especially when that is all that has been asked of them? Why is it easier for them to tell a woman what they think "she wants to hear" instead of being honest? I don't understand why men like that are members of dating websites. All of us have a hard enough time finding a special person that is honest and genuine, so why must they make it all that more difficult? Please enlighten me!

First off try not to generalize all men as being that way. There's about a billion men on this planet. We are not all the same.

maybe you mean "players" and not "men", because a real man, in the full sense of the term, would never be that way.
Maybe you should take the time to get to really know them before you commit your feelings.

It's hard not to generalize.

Maybe they shouldn't tell someone they feel a certain way either when they truly don't? Besides, what makes you think the time hasn't been taken? One only knows what they're told.

I think guys communicate fine, just in their own way. It might take a little effort on our part to understand what they are trying to say, (just like when they are trying to understand our communication process), but in the end we finally get it.

But for the ones that say only what you want to hear, either they are a player, or maybe they are telling you what you want to hear just to keep you hanging on until they find something better.

Sometimes, you have to take a little extra time into reading between the lines. Things aren't always as they appear, and it's always good to question something when that gut feeling of yours is screaming "something isn't right here".

So is learning from our mistakes but we do it to grow, and move on.

Yeah, possibly so, but I get asked the same type of questions as well.

Communication is a two way street after all.

Women don't always realize that most men are simple, we require feeding, air, kindness, sex, and peaceful interaction. (not always in that order) When things are a huge issue involving large amounts of emotion in a woman, they don't always strike a man in the same way, men have large amounts of testosterone instead of estrigen and therefore rationalize on a more simple level and don't always take things "to heart" as much as women do. As for not communicating... sometimes we just communicate differently... Does that make sense?
