I tried to have lunch out today. Lots of traffic, took an hour to drive across town. Part of that time was stopping at 6 restaurants. They were ALL closed! Christmas isn't until tomorrow!!!!!
I wanted a nice hot sit down meal with a person who comes to the table to take the order and takes the dirty dishes away before the christmas cooking started..... |

Oddly enough, the very first place I wanted to go always has a prime rib special for Wednesday lunch.

I did breakfast out this morning....not busy at all. WalMart on the other hand.....OMG....everybody and their brother, cousin, Uncle, Aunt and Grandparents decided to either do their holiday meal shopping or finish up their gift giving shopping. It was NUTS!!!!

Later on I have to find a store at this end of town. Need milk, oyster crackers, and oysters. Gonna make stew tomorrow.
