I am really trying to but it is very hard to do. The anger always pops up it's ugly little head.

I am good friends with my ex husband. In fact.....his girlfriend is my best friend now.(She wasn't in the picture when we were married.) We were terrible as a married couple but now we get along great.

you can try to be friends but .... it never really works out sure there are a few times it might for someone but on the whole... its best to live for your future not the past,

i am friends with my ex, but kind of on her terms, so it's not really a true friendship, so if i lose it, it's no big deal. i think i was in love with the "idea" of her, more than her, if that makes sense.... and that's what broke my heart....the end of a dream that was supposed to be.
