I agree with the first two posters. You're not ready to move on yet.

It sounds like you are still "pining" for your ex. How long ago did you two break up? You need to go through a proper adjustment period in being alone and getting to know yourself as a person again. You might be moving too fast and that will not be fair to any new female you meet. It sounds as though you are looking to replace what you lost instead of acquiring something new and wonderful in your life. |

It sounds like it's not time yet. Odds are, you'll call your next girlfriend by your last girlfriend's name if you date someone now, which is a real buzz kill to any woman.
