I'd piss a lot of people off, that's for sure. The 1st thing that comes to mind is don't breed them if you can't feed them.

1st Law - Stupidity is a crime. Might have to rethink that one. Prisons would be over crowed and no one to guard the inmates.

1st Law - Stupidity is a crime. Might have to rethink that one. Prisons would be over crowed and no one to guard the inmates. I'd probably just abolish prisons. If someone commits a crime where they kill someone or commit a crime to the point where they would get a life sentence - just give them the death penalty and save us the $30,000 a year per inmate give or take we spend right now so they can sit behind bars for the rest of their life wasting space.
