When dealing with stressful work related issues. I don't want his input because he knows nothing of how my job runs. He will give serveral suggestions and it drives me crazy. I have told him to cut out what he doens't know about. I don't comment on his job so leave mine alone.

 Its not rocket science. If Im that mad at you......you better run and not try to call me or contact me until Im ready to talk to you.

for me, the right time to leave me alone tends to be right when i get home from work. I need 10 min of silence. other than that, I will ask you to stop and give me a few. this is a very real warning to just walk away or let me walk away. I will come to you once I have prosessed what I needed to so we can communicate again. |
