I would just be happy that SOMEONE would say that they love me, and mean it.
It really dosen't matter how. But I have better odds of winning a Lottery than that ever happening. Apparently I'm not the loveable type. |

How would you want someone to tell you that they love you? Sit on my face....and tell me you love me. |

How would you want someone to tell you that they love you? Words are always good -- followed up with some sort of action.... I'm a skeptic, though -- after this last one, I'm basically going to assume that everything everybody says is a lie until I'm convinced otherwise. |

Someone telling me they love me is irrelevant.
But someone who show's me, by doing the simplest of things, and by showing me I can trust them, that would be the gift I would want to receive. The words "I love you", can be said so easily by people that don't really mean it, but back it up with the actions, that show you are sincere, and my heart will melt. |

That would defeat the purpose of love. It's suppossed to be completely spontaneous and based on pure emotion not just thrown around and not suited to my desires.

"I love you"??? I vaguely remember this phrase from a past life. I remember, as a kid, I saw that on those little candy hearts we used to get for Valentine's Day. Now, the candy hearts just say "I don't know what to write here." Not quite the same impact. |
