i am very insecure about myself also because of my weight..makes you feel not wanted by a guy Why don't you lose the weight then? Not only will more guys want you, not only will you feel better about yourself, but you'll be healthier as well. You'll save a lot of money on hospital bills down the road as well. Why don't you run or jump rope? Walking doesn't count. ;-) |

By the way, walking does count. walking does count, yay, its an easier way to adapt to a more healthy life stile and weight should be more of a concern with health than with finding some one, but i think he had some valid points....when you feel good about yourself you have more confidence and therefore attract more people....if you have a problem with your weight, it will make you happier to do something about it and bonus you get healthier mentally as well as physically |

i read through every reply on here and not one person stopped to say "i have no idea. i'm not a doctor." strange how that works. how should we know whats going on in your mental health? i mean do you mean naturally insecure? because thats everyone. or like serverely insecure to the point of pushing people away? i mean shouldn't you be asking a health care professional this? just sayin... I know for one when I was in the psychiatrics ward thats what they explained to us, I am taking the information I KNOW and am passing it on. Being negative about things is never the cure, you always have to try and look on the bright side. It is hard but you have to be just like a train and keep on chuggin through! |
