Can someone please instruct me on how to upload a picture for e-mail purposes only? I do not want a public one to appear with my profile and so far I do not see an option to select for public or private.

what you do is not upload one...
you won't get a lot of hits without one... you can add to your profile you will email it only. |

Thanks, but in the help section it says you can make it either private ( to attach in an e-mail), or public for all to see but there are no instructions on how to do that.

Welcome to the site, allscorpion. In order to make a photo private, you must first have at least one public one.
Once you have a private photo set up, you will be able to mail the URL of that photo to the other person, provided that the two of you have already exchanged emails. |

Right click on the picture in question and choose "Open in new tab"
In the new tab the you see the URL of the picture, copy it and paste into the mail you are sending. |
