LOL... the full regalia... haha.... ... who invented the square hat thing, anyways? ... and a cool Honors College tassel, ribbon and medallion... one of only 21 handed out of the 600 students who graduated today.... weeeeeeee Plus... I am the first ever male McNair Scholar to graduate from EMU.... of those 21 honors college grads mentioned above, there were only 2 McNair Scholars... this is the first cohort of McNairs at EMU... And... by some chance.... I was the FIRST undergraduate student to cross the stage... my dad was in the balcony seats and says "that's my son, that's my son, that's my son".... way cool... |

Thank you thank you thank you... ... to everyone who posted. I have been in college full-time since May of 2003. Its been a long road, and I still have a piece of the path to walk. I am registered in January to start on a Master's degree... my plans are to continue on until earning a Ph.D. in Business, with a specialization in strategy, globalization and employment issues. Then on to one day become a college professor.... Dr. TelephoneMan... LOL.... |
