Topic: Instant Messaging or E-mail?

Which do you prefer? I prefer e-mail. Someone I don't know just wanted to IM me and I was busy doing laundry and didn't notice and when I did he had sent me a bunch of kisses to get my attention Scared me so I turned off my IM. I e-mailed him and told him if he still wanted to contact me he could e-mail me but he didn't. hmmm, I wonder what he wanted Like I don't know already

I refuse to use the sites IM. When I feel comfortable enough with a person then I will give him my off site addy and we can chat there via voice or webcam. When I get an IM here I just send a quick one liner. You must not have read my profile I dont' accept IM's on site only emails. Have a great day

I was at one time. I have some very strict rules. Clothes had better be on. I have only had one that was icky (if you know what I mean)I took care of that rather quickly I closed the window. Blocked his butt then got on line and mass emailed all my friends that were women what he did. Gee he couldn't figure out why he couldn't get any one to webcam with him anymore. I now will not meet anyone with out webcamming someone first. I take a still shot of them while we are on webcam run it off and if that person doesn't show up to meet me I don't meet. I have friends around the world literally and grandchildren in the lower 48. We play games and just spend time together.

AS a first or second contact, I'd prefer e-mail. only after that, should you IM, if the othrt person is ok with that. Myself, I don't even know how or my internet will do IM. Ron

If I don't set the boundaries how is the man to know I don't want to see his gentials in the webcam session. I personally prefer to webcam since you get to know the person's mannerisms little habits etc...
