My Dad spent a lot of years working in Alaska. I've seen some beautiful pictures but haven't gotten to check it out with my own blues yet..... It takes an adventurous spirit and patience, and it's not like a lot of places. I'm new, just been here one year, and it will take a few years to really feel the place out. |

I bet that you and the kids have more enjoyment out of home cooked stuff, anyway.
Besides, the season is here to be all cozy with a house smelling of oven baked stuff. I'm jealous, just a wee bit.

I'M ALIVE!! an I"m HOME!! OMFG !!! went shopping , what does it do ?/ SNOWS OF COURSE !! 66km of FREAKIN HELL ON ICE !!  cars in the ditch a car upside down cars spun out facing the wrong way top speed 30 km an hr an HOLY ****!!!!!!! I didnt dare blink all the way home had to fly side ways up the drive way or I woulda got stuck (that part was fun gunnin it up the drive way shlookin sideways up the hill an come sliding into home LITERALLY ! ha ha I manged to drift the car right into the snow pile groove that I had to get out of on my way out !! nice!!   an I got most of my shopping done (in a panic omfg gotta make it home again RUN THROUGH THE MALL!!!!) |
