what exactly are you trying to say? I sure as hell hope it isnt that we need to stand up and revolt, cause theres not much more I would consider insane than that.

The Government is just like Diapers cause they both have to be changed for the same reason--RW

An abandonment of these crooks in Washington is the only thing that will solve these woes, a non-violent tax revolt that is

well, really, I just made that up

he made the speech during the "March on Washington"

although there are some that say that the key lines of the speech were taken from a speech at the 1952 at the Republican National Convention by Reverend Archibald Carey, Jr., a personal friend of King's.

Like one of my favorite posters said not long ago. You get the government you deserve.

Or to put it more simply.

The masses are asses.

People sit around sucking up mass media, neglect to vote let alone run for a seat in local, state or national government themselves, they don't volunteer, can't explain with any accuracy how laws are made or locate most foreign countries on a map, they engage in small minded hateful ranting but don't bother to meet let alone talk to anyone not like them...

Seriously...

The masses are asses.

It's my bet half the idiots who advocate a violent overthrow of the government are just like those that I described above.

If they engage in revolution in the same way they've exercised their citizenship half of them would likely shoot themselves in the ass as well.

part of the problem is that anyone running for office is gonna be subjected to so much slime and dirt throwing that anyone who has any sort of skeleton at all is gonna be destroyed by the opposition and the media. So quality people refuse to participate

Ah, i guess it wasnt a formal fundraiser hehe, there was alot of money raised on both sides of the eisle, and during the John Lewis speech the bolstered there case for censorship! what a crock! That fact is pretty well know, that Judge Carey had even helped right part of that speech i think.

And we the voters should have the Right to Recall, i think, Why should we have to deal with the beaurocracy when we want to fire someone we hired in the first place?

You have a right to recall an elected official.

See the Secretary of State in your state for the legal requirements for a recall petition effort and go from there.

but you good sir, are not in the position to determine that they are acting illegally. Adn wether they are or not, their are lgal processes that must be followed, else you are STILL in the worng and thus guilty of crimes just as much as whoever you re upset with may or may not be.

Remember two wrongs do not make a rght. Folow the correct process and things will clear up eventually if that is what the general public truly wants.
