Hair metal and ** rockers sucked * in the 80's and they still do today! Give me Maiden, Motorhead and Cro~Mags or give me death!!!

Whitesnakes David Coverdale once said "I have sold 20 Million albums in the US alone, and I'm still not positive its because of my hair" :D Collectively, Whitesnake was a good band. I know that alot of people feel that Coverdale was a Robert Plant rip off, but I always enjoyed his voice. "Here I Go Again" is one of the best songs of the 80's.

what's with the metallica hate? as far as i'm concerned, the only album i don't care for, and i haven't listened to all of it, is St. Anger. i won't hate a band just because of one douche bag drummer. you're list is pretty good though. . . .

At least your still a......tuff....looking....geezer hahahaha Keith is a geezer oh crap what does that make me? I never cared for most of the hair bands. Even at the time it seemed like they were most popular with the 14-17 year old age group that dude was a dork. I wonder what happened to him in the 80's I was listening to B-52s more than any of those hair/metal bands. They all seemed to be pretty musically lame to me at the time. They would just take one good guitar riff and make a whole song out of it. At least the B-52's made me laugh and metallica... hahahahahahahahahahaha commercial formulaic poseurs
