I really think fate plays a factor in meeting the right person. Chatting is great but it isn't the one.
Most men I've consented to dating and finding out they weren't right on a few levels prefer someone close by as do I for seeing each other often. Once every month or more doesn't suite me when I like someone. I don't ascribe to someone living across the country for anything more than a chat. We don't know what goes on in their lives, only what we've been told. It's not fun not to trust but you have to go with your gut feelings. Life has become so weird that before I get involved, I look into the criminal history and hopefully there isn't one. I laughed when another gal here asked about a prison website. I definitely cracked up at that, sadly. Watch MSNBC and others and wonder why alot of people are cynical.

If breaking the law means accidentally going through a red light or letting the cashier forget to scan that last roll of toilet paper and put it in the bag, not a biggie.

When it's gotten to the point of doing a background check on somebody before considering a date with them, something is definitely off kilter. That's just wrong on SO many levels. If anybody ever pulled that sh!t with me, we're gonna have words, and you can forget the date if there ever would've been one.

where do you do these background checks? I would love to have access to that kind of information

my mom does background checks for extra money (she's retired)

and she taught me so I can fill in for her when she is on vacation

if you dont wanna pay someone to do it for you. Just go to the courthouse and ask to see the county and federal criminal records and look for his name

if its not there he is clean

thanks im pretty sure it is some sh!t i mean people screw up im sure she has but yet shell decide on a guy by his record, if u met me and then seen my record you wouldn believe it was the same person so how can u judge like that wen people change
