Why is it that we as the backbone of this country (the tax paying, working, middle class) take this crap that our "government" dishes out. We pay for everything they do, both legally and illegally and the time is now to simply say NO!!!


We have the power to withhold our takes as conscientious objectors, that is if we still have a conscience! These people at the capitol, both in our nations and our states, are nothing but but the Cosa Nostra wrapped in a Faux American Flag! They take from the hard working people and bail out banks and the outdated, auto industry? Its actions like these that are a black eye to the Constitution and we should no way pay for em


Its time we quite being submissive sheep, and hold everyone of the these common criminals accountable. We the people need to relize it is US that is in Charge of this Great Nation and bring it back to the glory it ONCE HAD!

They can't jail us all. If you are in jail, you are not working & therefore not paying taxes so who's gonna pay to keep us all in jail?

The day the recent bank bailout passed I almost went to my HR dept to change my tax status to "exempt" in protest. I didn't because HR already thinks I am a bit kooky. (I read & ask questions before I sign anything, The rest of the flock just signs) I need my job right now. BUT if enough people did it, then I would not stand out like a single crazy lady.

I hear ya....not to mention, IRS is an unconstitutional , just most people don't know it or scared of opposing it.

We have the government we deserve.

The appalling lack of education in a country where a high school education is free combined with the inaction of so many citizens tells me maybe this country doesn't deserve better government.


Look at the number of people who do not vote. The number who cannot or do not read and who have no idea what the basic functions of government are.


People piss and moan about "government" and taxes but they expect public schools, paved and maintained roads, military actions, tornado and hurricane warnings...the list goes on.
