ooooooo it get COLD in Amarillo I'm just on the southern edge of it. just a lot of cold rain and wind Sounds like Ireland all year around! I miss the warmth of Texas and Michigan  michigan was warm???  haha i remember houston lisa wearing her sweatshirt complete with hoodie huddled by the fire and lake superior was c-c-c-cold, even by this crazy canuck's standards!! I know full well how cold that lake was given the fact that your demon children doused me with buckets of lake water! lol Michigan was a heck of a lot warmer than Dublin!! Houston in February was pretty nice too, everyone thought I was nuts as I was the only one going around wearing shorts and a t-shirt, ha ha! |

What is this snow you speak of? Pffft, must be some make believe thing everyone is imagining. It never snows here save for the occasional light dust we get once every 10-15 years. And the city does almost shut down as one person mentioned.
