Did you like that private stock 8 year cheddar? Was it strong as hell? That stuff is more expensive than gold. I loved it. I didnt find it too strong though....the caraway almost had a coconut taste to it???? Very odd.....but I like it. The cheddar would go great with a merlot or shiraz!! ...yes merlot. High buck. And garlic crackers with salmon or trout or caviar spread.

What else did I send? Jarlesburg swiss? Private stock parmesan? YES and a caraway one. I havent tried the others yet. Ive tried 3 tonight and whoooooooooooooooooooooooooo eeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! Shall I talk about how I analyzed doing the dishes tonight???? I noticed when doing dishes, there was 1 plate, 4 glasses, 3 coffee cups and 1 travel mug and a few knives and spoons. I ACTUALLY ANALYZED THIS!!!!!

OMG that sh!t is sooooo good ...hey T man, I live 6 miles from the eau galle cheese factory. Best of the best in the world. You can look them up on the net. They hand select the best. Many of the rarest rembrandts, extra aged, private stocks, and cinderellas. And your regular stuff too.
