Did you smell the chocolate cheese? It smells like cheese and tastes like omg I just came in my pants 100 calories a bite. ya it smells like yucky smelly cheese but omggggggggggggggggg it tastes like omg its 100 calories a bite???

Put the caraway in your freezer and age it. Eat it in a month. The caraway seeds will marinate it well. It keeps well.

100 calories a bite. 60 fat calories per bite. 2 grams of fat per bite. 4 grams of protein per bite. The richest chocolate there is comes at a cost ya know. Ha ha ha!!! Should put warning labels on that stuff!

Grate and cook something good with the parm. That swiss should go good with diet coke.

Did you like that private stock 8 year cheddar? Was it strong as hell? That stuff is more expensive than gold. I loved it. I didnt find it too strong though....the caraway almost had a coconut taste to it???? Very odd.....but I like it. The cheddar would go great with a merlot or shiraz!!
