There are all sorts of things that fit into the criteria of what I'm looking for in a person, but the thing is that we're looking for PEOPLE and not traits. I find that listing things we're looking for in a person is like putting an ad for a job. Of course we have standards, I'm just saying it's best to look at the individual for their personality and how well you "click" with them. Don't DISCARD the traits you're looking for, but don't overlook someone who doesn't fulfill those traits either. The only thing that comes of listing those traits for other people to read is to encourage the people you meet to put up a front pretending to be everything that you want, then you end up being disappointed down the road when you realize that person isn't what they pretended to be. Good point, P! There is flexibilty in my wants but that's just life. |

The whole reason I am here is that I want to find someone who's basic lifesyle is compatable with mine before & fall for "chemistry"& find out I can't live with them. Once I find someone who I think can put up with then I will see about chemistry.

Sorry, but I can't just dream up a recipe and then determine that I'll accept nothing more or nothing less. It takes time, accessability and mutual attraction to develop a relationship to the point of romance and then on to real commitment.
I mean, she may have all the traits, attributes and assets that I could think of, but then have some other less than desirable characteristics that break the deal, inspite of the desirable ones, and visa-versa. For instance,she could be a little less than as intelligent as my "recipe" calls for but then be so awesomely sweet as to more than offset a lacking someplace else. That being said, you know I'd be all kinds of goo-goo ga-ga for YOU Tanya

Here is my list:
1. A woman, who believes she is a female and not something else. 2. Doesn't date based on how much money or wealth the other has (not a gold digger) 3. Doesn't max out credit cards in the mall on useless junk. 4. She believes that the I might also have expectations, not just the other way around. 5. Doesn't try tricky questions every day to convict me of something I haven't done. 6. Believes, that -just like her- I might also want a private time and not because I don't love her. 7. Doesn't ask me every other day whether I love her or not, take notice, you should feel it, it doesn't necessarily require words to express it, and if I get annoyed by it, it's not because I don't love you, but because you act insecure and don't trust me. Look, if you are looking for a wealthy person who is completely secure in today's world, I recommend you Donald Trump, but even he seems to be worried lately. |

Hi Tanya, it's been a hoot so far. Scuba diving at Ginnie Springs this morning and then trail riding in the Ocala national forest this afternoon. My next door nieghbor's on the way back with KFC and I have two new movies to watch this evening. I expect to sleep like a log tonight.
