Words, words, words. When it’s action that really counts! How can one
accept any definition of another through just words? For all its
wonders, the Internet lacks the intrinsic factor of companionship and
closeness with another in the literal sense.
My words are me, as I feel at that moment on any given subject I’ve
posted on. Llamas and baboons abound-but not in my real world. I’m a
cartoon character-but not in my real world.
Imagination holds court here. There is vast territory to range.

Well, unfortunately, at least via this venue..

It's only words

And words are all we have

To take our hearts away.

To add, I'm not saying a person should take at face value what someone
says in their profile or in the forums...at least as far as saying good
things about themselves and acting like a "decent person."

Because people often do paint a better picture of themselves than they
really are..or..if not that, we all tend to put our "best face forward,"
as it were.

But who in their right mind would make a deliberate attempt to convey
themselves as, shall we say, a "character of ill repute," if they
didn't, in fact, have at least some of those characteristics?

We all post outside our normal perimeters of our personalities, i think,
simply because we CAN. And it's fun!

But by and large I think after a while one can tell, by what a person
writes, what kind of character he/she has, and whether or not that would
sit well with someone or not.

I hope I'm explaining this succinctly enough.

but just basically I wouldn't get on here and say stuff that is contrary
to what the "real me" is really like, because I don't want someone to
get the impression I'm not who I really am.

I think a person can get their point across without compromising it and
still conduct themselves with class. I'm not sure if that answers the
original question but thats my two cents worth. I think most do that by
the way.

See? Now those are very descriptive combinations of letters! Not exactly
words, but words are all I have to...

No, BigP, it does not. It takes two to tango, you know? And if someone
puts me in a position of having to defend my point, then that's what I
meant by argue until I'm blue in the teeth. I am often
misquoted/misconstrued, to the point of ridiculousness sometimes, and
some people STILL want to insist that what I said was not what I said,
or what I meant was not what I meant (or vice versa).

And "point blank" means I'm direct and up front and honest and have the
courage of my convictions.

I'm not sure why, but you seem to follow me around these forums quite a
bit, taking whatever opportunity you can to jab little insipid insults
at me, but whatever blows your skirt up, yanno?
