Nickleback, Tragicly Hip, Usher, U2, Police, Rush, Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam, Bon Jovi, Tool, Audioslave, Lemonheads, Cranberries, R.E.M., Jackson 5, Jurassic 5, NKOTB, Backstreet Boys, Vanilla Ice, Seal, Frijid Pink(actually cool just wanted to mention it), Jimmie Eat World, Autograph, Eifel 65, 4 Non Blondes, Kris Kross, Billy Ocean, Billy Ray Cyrus, Wham, Culture Club, Plain White T`s, Coldplay, Lady Gaga, Lady Bouncer, Rascall Flatts, Silverchair, T~Pain, Jonas Brothers, Fallout Boy, Ne~Yo, ... ... ... ... not only do these names suck ... I think their music might too

Some people are mentioning names that are descriptive, peoples names, or mild...bah

U2 : spelling like a 12 year old..

Nickleback : Hobo band needs bottle depot! (Concert Procedes go to 3rd world Tshirt manufacturing)

Maroon 5 : maroon all 5 with Mr. Wilson... (on deserted island)

REM : Rather sleep & get Rapid Eye Movement (more interesting)

Styx : yeah the river styxx .. reminds me of purgatory (can I avoid listening to them?)

Probably not the best name for a band looking to hit more than the "indier than thou" fans, but I love the name Atomic Bit**wax.
