We do it to release frustration, we do it to heal, we do it to express our inner self,, a moment when blurbs released give us the inner peace we search for,,, we do it for our own recognition,, maybe in hopes of filling a void in someones life,, or maybe reaching out letting someone know they are not alone,, we do it,,
because within our body, soul and mind we find the comfort we need when reading outloud what was once hidden so deep,,

We do it,,in this our home of calm our home of peace our moment in time with those we call family

wow!!...i find that hard to believe coming from such a profound statement...perhaps if some included pictures it would be more to your liking...

here's an idea.......don't click on the thread...there, i saved you and your brain an awful lot of time...no need to thank me though...
just go and search for more obscure, closed minded videos to occupy your over used and most likely underappreciated intellect

oh, so sorry to bore you ... bigsmile

all art is subjective I suppose ... It is our nature to create, to express, to observe ... and to critique...

...we write for many reasons most of which are not about being a published author ... although many here are ...

Picasso's cubist period was called sh1t by many too ...

Interesting topic. I have to admit I love Bukowski. He's down, he's hard core realism in a world overflowing with prettified bull****. But he was a violent drunk. A bitter and violent drunk. Despite that however, he still held out for that glimmer of hope, of "romance" and "love" thus making his writing beautiful to me. However, he never rarely placed judgement on the writing of others knowing that any thought, hope, dream, satis- or dissatisfaction laid out in words was SOMEONE's piece of art or beauty. So throwing this lil comment of "i'm just tired of reading crap" truly doing a great disserve to a deep and thoughtful mind. Really. By the way, I dont see any of YOUR work on this board. Hmmm....glass houses come to mind.
