I went to bestbuy to get a virus out of the computer and i did that and the computer still has a stoping point when i'm on the net.
and i ran a virus scan on it and it got one of the virus's off the computer from the software bestbuy gave me, and about a week later when i thought it's all fixed i tryed to put it on the net again and i don't have any icon's at all now. So please someone tell me what to do. |

Save all your files.Wipe out your hard drive and re-install the orginal program.That will fix anything.

You should be able to reinstall over the top of what you have now.
