Really good!! I've already lost a total of 18 pounds, and I am getting my waist back!! I love the way I feel now! I can't wait til I get to my goal! My goal is another 35 pounds! I am soooooooo much happier taking the weight off!!

AWESOME!!! I want to lose 35 pounds. Do you work out? I have a gym membership. Just haven't gone and it's right across the street. I have no excuse I need to start eating right as well. I definately want to be ready for the beach next year! Good luck to you!

Dang, make me feel guilty for not using the treadmill. Of course, I was gone for 3 days. But my schedule got so interupted, I didn't get my walks in that I wanted to take while I was gone.

Hm, I wonder how they match the ads up with the topic. Every time I open this thread, there are the same two ads. One for a flat tummy and one for the weight loss patch.

The energy level (mental and physical) that comes with taking care of yourself can't be beat!
