i just ran out of venison about a month ago ive been waitin till tomoro hopefully i can bring a deer home so i can have some butterfly steaks i cant wait

No matter how it's been served to me, I just can't groove on venison. No matter how anyone says they can process it or cook it or season it, still has a gamey taste to me. Enjoy!!! Hope you are having a good day!!! YOU ARE SOOOOOOOOOOO RIGHT!!!! TOO DAMN "gamey" for my likes!!!!! IKK!!!! |

Butterfly steaks ROCK!!! I marinate mine in brandy with a couple of apple slices...throw those bad boys onto a mesquite fire....friggin awesome!

I love venison! The only Buck I saw was smaller than my dog! Might have got a sandwich out of him.
