We all know that the Rocky Horror Picture Show is one of those movies that has what is known as a " Cult Following ". But how many of you can think of other movies like that?? The only other one that I really know of is Dee Snider's Strangeland. It appeals mostly to horror fans who also happen to listen to Heavy Metal music from the 80's..lol Legend Labrynth (sp) Barbarella Wierd Science The TV show Twin Peaks Monty Python's Search for the Holy Grail Just about any Mel Brooks movie. Tim Burton is starting to go that way too. Forbidden Planet 2001 Clockwork Orange Bladerunner Roadwarrior The first Bram Stockers Dracula movie. Shall I continue? Wow. Nice list Moondark. I know most of those movies and actually own a few of them on DVD. |

Ya know. I hadn't really considered the Star Wars movies as having a " cult " following... But I thought about it and I realized that, along with Trekkies, some Star Wars fans are about as " cultish " as it gets. |

The Crow has a major cult following. Ohh Yea!! I am a The Crow Fan..love that movie!! I wasn't a huge fan of the soundtrack, but it did fit the movie well. The sequel sucked though. Me too. One of my all time favorites. Music was killer in that film too. |
