It was supposed to be potato skin's but, turned into twice baked pot's. Waaaaaaaaayyyyyyy over filled them! lol. And, a chocolate, raspberry torte.

I totally forgot to defrost the turkey until a friend reminded me! Good thing that I don't have any quests coming over! LOL Its in the sink now!

I pre-cooked the tators, corn casserole and baked beans. I'll just warm them up tomorrow. Gonna put the Ham in the roaster tomorrow morning. Gotta make a crab dip and cocktail weanies yet sometime tonight or tomorrow.
I forgot to buy the rolls...  Guess we shall be roll-less.

I made a Cherry Dessert, Deviled Eggs and Brocoli Salad tonight. Thats all I have to cook so I can relax tommorow and let the rest of the fmaily do all the cooking.

Shoot, you reminded me I had tried this awesome Broccoli salad at a family party last month that I wanted to make for Thanksgiving. It had raisins and a sweeter dressing on it. Alas, I have no Broccoli. Oh well, I will make it for Christmas. Remind me, will ya? Happy Thanksgiving! |

I like to bake the taters then scoop em out and broil the tater skins so they are crispy, then mix the potato with broccoli, black olives, jalapenos and cheese and stuff it back into the tater skins and cover with sour cream |
