I don't want to come off as stupid, but is Thanksgiving celebrated in England?

Actually there are only two countries that celebrate something like Thanksgiving and they are Canada and Germany. Canada actually started celebrating theirs about 40 years before a pilgrim ever stepped foot in america. I think it didn't become official till late 50's but I can't remember for sure.
To my knowledge England wouldn't celebrate it.
Hope this helps.
Also hope you have a great day tomorrow
