I would consider it cheating or be pissed if it was something like Match.com, or Plentyoffish.com. Something like that. There's no socializing or debating, just friends, anything like that. Those are strictly dating and looking for dates. That would piss me off. But I don't consider it cheating if I'm on here and I debate about religion, or welcome a newbie to the site, or post some jokes, things like that.

i think that friends are the best way to go if your looking for that

there are a lot of people here that have meet people and stay because of friends they have meet

and that is a good thing

why is it a big deal if some one is not looking for a partner

is it frustrating when you look at there profile and it says not interested

does it send a feeling of rejection ]

i hope not cause that is not it at all

it should give a feeling of happiness to know you are not removed rejected or kicked to the curb just because yer not looking

after all there are a lot of potential friends here and who knows just because that one is not looking those over there are

and it is the forums that help create growth and get people communicating

and mingle has a pretty good forum set up they need some improvements but they are pretty good

i have only seen one set up that is better but those that operate that site are not user friendly and have terrible facist powers and use them regularly

mingle is not perfect but what is

if i find someone i will still be here

and if they can not deal with that

then they might as well move on

i will not voluntarily give up my friends here or anywhere ever again i did it once and it was a mistake and one i have no intention of making again

I came to mingle from another site. I have been on sites for over 10 years and have been married. I have made some amazing long lasting friendships and will always be here for friends. I alo have matched quite a few of the people who are no engaged or married. And I know for them the same thing.....they love the friends they have made and will never leave.

Why the name change?

Some of you might remember we joined forces with another dating website called Mingle2 several months ago. Mingle2's web designer has been eager to give JustSayHi a new look, and with that new look we decided to change the name back to Mingle2. JustSayHi has experienced tremendous growth over the past year and our website has gone from being a small dating website to a massive online community, and as we continue to grow in 2008 we want our image to reflect this growth. In other words: JustSayHi has grown up and we want our image to reflect that change.
