yeah but they tell them to turn it down,, it will be down for a day or so,, then right back to normal

Yeah, but what about the complex manager. Show them the complaints and let them deal with it. It takes a while I know. But, at least the law is on your side.

yeah the people on the lease do,, but the ones that aint on the lease are here too,,, and most of them have way more than whats supposed to be in the place to start with
