Okay she's not a keeper but she does have some interest in you. Set a few bounderies and don't take this relationship seriously. Not every relationship ends in marriage, most just end. Enjoy the time with her when its convenient for you.

I will tell you, from experience, as much as you have the right to hate her, it will only make you miserable. Don't waste your time and energy on her for that. It only hurts you in the end. I just came out of a relationship where he would set up dates then cancel, change or do something to make me break up with him, and we did the on again, off again thing for over a year.
