I agree with you MissKim, When a person makes that decision, it is well thought out. And there is usually a good reason for it, so call me pessimistic if you want, been there, done that, not going back. If he likes you, he likes you, if he don't anymore, you'll know, If you don't firgure it out, your being desperate.

Yea..I have let some ppl go in the past...and I regret it..a little...and usually it was cuz I was wrapped up, or involved w/ some other man at the time..
Not sure if it would ever work out, cuz once that opportunity passes you by, it is hard to get that moment back. |

Yeah, there was one I wish wouldn't have gotten away, but there were other unavoidable mitigating circumstances involved. Still, I occasionally wonder what it would've led to.

Yes! there is one that i consider the one that got away and it was entirely my fault- as for a second chance? i would be open to it but him? yeah not a chance. oh well- you live and learn and move on.

I have several of those -- I seem to have held onto the bad ones while I ignored the "better" (in retrospect) ones -- retrospect not always necessarily being perfectly accurate, but....there are a few I wonder about, wonder what would have happened if I had only been a bit more focused at the time.... |

This is very true, Sh!t does happen to keep people apart, but than it is a 'take the chance when you have it' thing, Life is strange, you never know when your gonna meet the right one, and in the back of your mind, its like was that him, or her, was that person the one and I didn't know it? It will drive you up the wall that way. I thought I had found the one, but we messed it up, note I say, we, it takes two. |
