Very nice - you set the bar high and keep it there throughout, it *will* keep the not-so-confident at bay, but I believe this is part of the desired effect... only observation is mostly stylistic: Paragraphs are your friends, break the text up a little, it becomes more readable.

And yes, you're quite fetching blushing
