I just wanted to comment on the above quote from the OP. While this may
be true for many men it most certainly does not apply to all men.

I am extremely multi-orgasmic. I don’t even consider sex to have begun
until I’ve gotten the first orgasm out of the way. I’m only just
starting then.

In fact, this is an extremely sensitive topic for me. With each
additional orgasm I can actually stay harder longer. So the more
orgasms the better.

From my point of view, the idea of having just one orgasm and then
rolling over and going to sleep is nothing but a huge myth. Ok, so it
may be true for some other men (maybe even the majority of men) I have
no way of knowing since I don’t have sex with other men.
