Judy, I'm truly shocked to hear you were let go. And sorrier than words can say. I don't really have any platitudes for you, they have all been said and we all feel them for you. Just know if you need a shoulder, an ear, anything, you tell me, or any of us and we are here. We love you! I really appreciate that Lilith, and so many people kept saying "they won't let YOU go .. no one can do what you do" .. and to be honest, they can't. But I guess they don't WANT to have what I do anymore, because they can't afford to bring in the 'big guns' in speaking and music anymore anyway. You know I knew it babe. I had that inner sense all week long last week. Not negative just intuition yanno? What can I do eh? I do believe there's a reason so I'm holding onto that .. God is faithful and has never let me or my kids down. I haven't looked for a job in over 13 years so it's unnerving of course, cuz I'd been at the same company for over 12. Oh well .. A woman's gotta do what a woman's gotta do, eh? |

I was permantely laid off last month after 19 and 1/2 years of working for the same company. This is my fourth job that has closed on me in almost 40 years of working. God has always taken care of me and my family. I`m facing this one single though. My wife passed away almost 2 years ago. But I still have God, my family, and my friends on my side. I know God will put me where He wants me when the time is right. Have faith in God. God will move mighty mountains in your life. |
