Yes the Romanov prophecy involves the family but he writes current times following up research and hidden secrets so it's not really historical fiction dealing with the family per se

And I have to ask or you Mainstream Bookstore employee or small independant ???

Fiction: Just finished reading my son's "The Magician", sequel to "The Alchemyst". Rather enjoyed those.

Currently reading "Up Country" by Nelson DeMille

Non Fiction: Re-read "A briefer History of Time" by Stephen Hawking. A very entertaining and interesting read.

I just looked up "The Alchemyst" and am thinking I'll go check it out. It looks interesting.

In the last month or so, I've read "Rob Roy" by Sir Walter Scott, "Tarzan of the Apes" by Edgar Rice Burroughs, and "Physics of the Impossible" by Michio Kaku.

Really liked Tarzan and Physics, Rob Roy was a pain. the Scottish dialogue was impossible, and the main character was a bore, though he'll never realize it.

Keep in mind that it's targeted for juveniles, but I try to read most of what my kids read... if nothing else so that we have something to talk about. And I did enjoy it. flowerforyou flowerforyou
