Words that are offensive... I believe words only have the power that people give to them.

If I call somebody a smurf snuggler, is anyone going to take offense at that?

Shrug those words off as a example of the ignorant speaking about what they don't understand and you take the power away from those words.

Maybe some looked up instead of down their nose they would have more clarity. laugh

i been saying that for a long time war

if people would ignore them

the shock factor would go away

and the use would decline

after all if he said intercourse would it have been a big deal

same possible meaning

Besides, it was just the F word, that particular 4 letter word is the one word that can be used for the most things, whether thats to display dissatisfaction, anger, disrespect or as parts of a sentence, be that a pronoun, a verb or an adjective...

Freedom of speech should include ALL speech, what kind of idiots do we want to look like, excluding just a few words from our day to day speech, its arrogant and reeks of ignorance.

It's unfortunate that Scarborough apologized or I would have said good for him, it's about time T.V. caught up to the way the majority of Americans actually talked anyways.
