I'm trying to find this song that's in english and spanish [I think it's spanish]

it's a soft slow acoustic love song with a female singer

all I remember is that the chorus says something like

sementes, un sementes you're so sweet, oh so sweet

or it says sermentes, or dos sementes or I have no idea what it's saying but I can't find it anywhere! all I find is a topic some guy started like 6 months ago trying to find the same song but no one could answer his question. hopefully someone knows, the guitar parts really nice.

I heard it at work, but it's like a company radio station or something so it never announces the songs or artists
