Where's all the rest of the McCain supporters, they've left me out in the cold tonight. Yeah, it's pretty quiet... They're probably sitting in front of the television biting their nails. |

Karl Rove is on Fox insisting we're a "Center-Right Country." His math skills have really fallen.

Karl Rove is on Fox insisting we're a "Center-Right Country." His math skills have really fallen. Bill Bennett is saying the same on the 'liberal' CNN |

Karl Rove is on Fox insisting we're a "Center-Right Country." His math skills have really fallen. Bill Bennett is saying the same on the 'liberal' CNN I've said for awhile that we're a 'Moderate' country, for the most part. The Republican elite, catering to wealthy and corporate interests, have disenfranchised the middle class and ignored grass root voters. That's why they're losing. |

'Now for something completely different'...I sooooooo hope.
For those who are eager to see our new president's failures. Is saying 'I told you so...' really worth it? Our country's success is linked to his success and his ability to make wise choices. Sure wish we could now focus on sending him our thoughts on what those may be and our encouragement to do the right thing as we each see it. For those who are eager to see massive changes made. Can a train stop on a dime to change direction? No matter who would be taking over this office in January, the tasks and challenges we and our president will face in the next few years are daunting. I'm thinking our patience and perseverence in confronting those obstacles and adversity, spirit shown when forced to endure terrifying events such as 9-11) and generosity we show toward each other in these troubled times may be of more help to this country than we've ever understood or imagined. To everyone. I'm hoping this change is a good thing...unnerving, uncertain and maybe even frightening, as all change is...I wish it for us all. |

Thomas,
You stood for what you believed in and did what your heart told you to do. |
