By expecting it to not go anywhere, it prob wont, being defeatist wont do any good.Its a negative mind set. Each new experience should be embraced with openness to it going eitherway way, successful or unsuccessful. Just relax and enjoy it for the moment ur in. |

It is self defeating, but it's not uncommon or even abnormal really. However, sometimes when we think this way, a minor character flaw that you see in someone turns into a big deal breaker in our minds just because we are looking for the THING that will cause the ball to drop. I used to (and probably still do to some extent) sabotage relationships all the time, and not just the "dating" ones. Just remember.....you ARE worthy and maybe that sweet, kind and pretty gal recognizes it!! If something happens and she doesn't, it's not the end of the world. You can't perseverate on what might happen. Keep your eyes open and your heart willing and good luck! |
