today one of my daughters dedicated a song to me on the radio.

She said 'my dad has been both my mom and my dad all my life and has allways fed my soul and dried my tears.'

and dedicated the song 'momma' to me...

Right now I am a walkin bout 10 feet above the ground.

takes more than boobs and a womb to be a mother.

I have the highest respect for men that raise their kids alone. My self I feel it is harder for a man to raise kids then it is a woman.

But regardless whether you're talking about a man being a father or a woman being a mother. It takes much more then the gender itself to be considered mom or dad.

It takes being there for them, the one that wipes away their tears, the one that bask in their accomplishments as well to hold their hand when they are down the one they turn to to seek advice.

Just because either had anything to do with their birth all that does is by law make you the Father or Mother.

But being a Mom or Dad is by experience and being there teaching them hands on what life is all about.

I raised my two kids for 16 years alone so yeah I feel that gives me the right to the title Mom!!
