Has anyone seen the DNA project that has traced female DNA to I think, for Europeans it is seven original mothers? I've always been interested in having my DNA examined. Apparently mitochondrial DNA can be traced back to one of the seven Stone Age women who are the ancestors in the all-female line of 95% of all white Europeans. I imagine there is something similar for African and Asian people.

Does visiting other countries and seeing first hand count? The Caribbean Islands is a great place to explore some of these cultures you speak of, where I have spent some time.
