Ohhhh now I know what you are talking about. He's talking about (or I think this is right) when you go to send a message to someone, there is a link in red that says "Not sure what to say?" and I'm assuming that if you click on it, it gives you some ideas on what to write. Just noticed it a bit ago, but don't remember seeing it there before.

It shows up above the box that you type a new e-mail into from someone's profile. I have never seen it anywhere else. I haven't clicked on it but I'm assuming it's there to provide some tips if you get stuck on what to write in your e-mail to them....

it's a come on for mutual match ie- not sure what to say mutual match her/him, then there is a place to click so you can MM the person

"Don't know what to say" means if you don't know what to say in an e-mail or are too shy to send an e-mail, you can instant match with them instead and wait to see if they instant match with you. Hope that answers your question. Have a great night!
